Sometimes when there's an error with Cashcow, useful information will be written to a log. This log is stored in /Users/<your username>/Library/Application Support/Cashcow/cashcow.log and can provide clues to the cause of the error. It would be very useful if you also include the contents of the log when posting about an error. It is just plain text and can be opened with any text editor. I've taken care that no personal information gets written to the log and you can look through the log to check this.
